The MinterEllison Graduate and Clerkship Launch Program is critical to our firm for three reasons:

What is the Graduate and Clerkship Launch Program?
The MinterEllison Graduate and Clerkship Launch Program is a continuous program commencing with a fast-track induction. Candidates who complete this induction will often take on the opportunity to accelerate their career with MinterEllison in a flexible role throughout their final year of study before they commence as a Graduate.
Prior to the launch program we work closely with candidates to identify areas of the law that they are passionate about. Our goal is to ensure all participants gain broad experiences in practice areas within our Lines of Business, that match their interests and fit with their career goals.
Successful candidates get the opportunity to experience real life work, and are provided with a supervising partner, career mentor, and a buddy. Our launch program is filled with challenging and exciting work, support and mentorship, as well as professional and personal growth – all the while having the opportunity to develop new networks and friendships.
Our Graduate program is designed to be flexible in order to suit the individual, their level of experience, and their career aspirations. MinterEllison graduates are able to fast-track their full time career in a Line of Business that aligns with their career objectives. MinterEllison’s agile program also provides the flexibility for graduates to move between practice areas and Lines of Business while they are looking for the area of law that they wish to pursue.
