We understand that video assessments can be daunting, so we have compiled insider tips on completing the assessment and putting your best foot forward.

Create the right environment. Pick a spot that is free from distractions and noise, and ensure you have a strong internet connection. If you are using wireless headphones, make sure they are fully charged.
Practice makes perfect. Make full use of the practice questions. These will allow you to think about your skills and experiences and articulate your response confidently within the timeframe. The practice questions will also help you find the best lighting and camera angle.
Be yourself. Be authentic and let your personality and skills do the talking. A member of the Talent (HR) team will be reviewing your assessment submission, so make sure you let your personality and energy shine.
Be clear & articulate. You have roughly 2 minutes to respond to each question. If you finish your response before the time limit, you can hit the submit button and move onto the next question.
Keep it professional. Dress as you would for an interview to make the best impression you can.
